This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which the Company provides its services to customers, to ensure mutual understanding. Customers are advised to carefully read and accept these terms prior to making any reservation.
- Booking Policy
- A booking shall be considered complete only upon full payment of 100% of the tour price through the payment channels designated by the Company.
- Customers will receive a Booking Confirmation within 1 to 3 business days
- Tour prices and activities displayed on the website cover only those explicitly listed in the program. The prices exclude:
- Personal expenses such as additional meals, alcoholic beverages, tips, laundry, etc.
- Accommodation fees.
- Inter-provincial transportation or airfare, in all cases.
- Rescheduling Policy
- Customers may request to reschedule their trip no later than 14 days prior to the original travel date.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability of tour slots and the number of participants on the new selected date.
- Additional charges may apply during public holidays, festivals, or peak pricing periods.
- The Company reserves the right to decline rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the original travel date.
- Cancellation Policy
- In the event that the customer cancels the trip for personal reasons, the Company shall issue refunds in accordance with the following terms:
- Cancellation 21 days or more before the travel date: 100% refund, minus any actual fees incurred (if any).
- Cancellation 15–20 days before the travel date: 70% refund.
- Cancellation 8–14 days before the travel date: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before or in case of no-show: No refund.
- If the Company has already paid in advance to service providers (e.g., transportation, tickets, activities), such expenses will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 business days upon receipt of a complete cancellation request along with all required documentation.
- Refunds will be made via the same payment channel used for the original transaction.
- The Company will not issue refunds in the following cases:
- Failure to arrive on time for the scheduled departure (No-show).
- Customer’s own negligence causing the missed trip.
- Cancellation by the Company
- In the event the Company must cancel a trip due to force majeure—such as natural disasters, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond its control—the Company will provide customers with either a full refund or the option to reschedule the trip at no additional cost.
Travel Insurance Coverage
For the safety and confidence of all clients, the Company provides group travel insurance in collaboration with AXA Insurance Public Company Limited for all tour types, including Join Tours, Private Tours, and Inbound Tours for international clients.
Basic Coverage:
4.3 The Company will not issue refunds in the following cases:
- Death or permanent disability due to accident: up to THB 1,000,000
- Medical expenses due to accident: up to THB 500,000
Note: Coverage is valid only during the period in which the customer is participating in the tour organized by the Company.
